I really like the testing you guys do, it seems like both EPOS headsets performed the best by quite a distance against their competitors.

I have the impact 860T, the red light on the mic that lights up when you speak while on mute is a cool gimmick, but completely useless as you can't really see the light because they are out of view and you are probably looking at the screen.

Definitely a cool idea and something different none of the other manufacturers have done yet that we’re aware of. Wish it was helpful for you!

@@kieranp4195 It looks like this is only for their gaming headset division. The article below talks more about this. www.eposaudio.com/en/us/gaming#:~:text=We%20have%20decided%20to%20gradually,our%20products%20is%20not%20affected.

I bought the EPOS IMPACT 860T ANC and didn't fully like them. In my opinion, the much cheaper Poly headphones have a better-sounding mic. Also, their app probably has a few bugs.

I wanted to buy the 860T today. But now I doubt.
      What alternative you would recommend?

Interesting! We didn't seem to have the same experience. We've tested a lot of microphones and the 860 is one of the best we've tested as of today.
What were you experiencing with the app? We've been in and out of the app when we go through testing new headsets and didn't seem to have any bugs.

@@johanwillfred6139 I have the 860T and I find it excellent. I was using a really cheap earphone before the 860T, so I don't have much to compare it against.
I bought it because my wife and I are working from home in the same room, with the 860T no one in my company can hear her at all.

@@HeadsetAdvisor I described my experience, mainly using it for Teams calls. But I switched to a cheaper Poly wired model (I don't remember the name) because few people complained that the mic quality had worsened. I also have Yealink and Jabra (Bluetooth), and in all of them, my impression is that the voice sounds clearer and louder (if wired, I prefer Polly).
Regarding the bugs, I'm using the Mac version, which seems to be ported from Windows, as indicated by the close button on the right. The first bug is that it doesn't recognize the headset on the first attempt- sometimes I need to reconnect it a few times or reload the app. The second major bug is that the settings tab is just empty... to open it, you need to click on the device picture on another screen, and then it redirects you to the settings. Additionally, the settings have reset themselves at least once when I used the headphones on different laptops.
