How did the son of a poor fisherman create Mazda?

  • Hello, guys! Tell me, what is the first thing you associate with a cork tree and a cork at all? What are the possible options? Well, bottles of wine seem to be clogged with it, and this material sometimes can be used in construction... All this is true - but it is unlikely that it will occur to you that there may be a connection between a cork and a car...More precisely, with a specific car brand!
But actually, there is such a connection! In 2020, the assembly of the first electric car of the automaker Mazda started in the Japanese city of Hiroshima. It was a Mazda MX-30. Well, what's the big deal, you might think, a lot of companies produce electric cars, and what does the story about the cork have to do with it? Yes, despite the fact that the Mazda MX-30 had one interesting feature in the interior decoration. And to be precise, one of the materials that were used to make the interior of this car was just the same cork. The most natural cork that cork trees give us.
But the most important thing is that it was not just an original whim of the designer. This was done absolutely consciously and emphasized the connection of Mazda with cork production. This idea was supposed to revive one important, but now a bit forgotten story. The story of how "Mazda" or rather "Mazda Motor Corporation" appeared.

Don't know about nowadays, but the first Mazda I bought was a 1984 626. I had it ten years. Traded it in on a new 1997 Mazda MX6, I had it ten years until it was stolen. Never had anything go wrong with them. Prior to those, all the American built cars I owned, only lasted about 3 years before they started falling apart.

I've never trusted Mazda until I traded my 2011 Camry for a 2014 Mazda 6, which has been driving smoothly for 200k miles. Handling is the best in its class. Looking forward to getting the Cx70 soon and keeping it for 8 years. Thank you Mazda for making such a great car. I'll keep buying Mazda as long as they're making them.

    ‘04 Mazdaspeed MX-5, ‘09 Mazda3, and ‘16 CX-3 in our garage - routine maintenance, and they’re all a joy to drive.
Plenty of of Mazda’s in my family, and they’re all going strong.
I’m a fan of many Japanese cars, but gravitate toward Mazda as they’re well made, cheap to run, and great to drive.

Mazda … 😢😢😢… in this hard EST times I AM STUCK WITH NEW - INCORRECT MAZDA3 and BANK-LOAN😔😔😔, because of what my family does not have for living. Bank - loan - for new incorrect Mazda 3. Since 2019 it is not possible to make any communication even with main company. In Japan😔. Huge humiliation which I have got since 2019 still lasts in dealer DIPeM in Belgrade. I am not guilty because incorrect car was sold to me 😔. Al least, great help should be given to me without any blackmail as my family is 17 years loyal customer to Mazda Motor Corporation, Japan !

The 6 is literally in the top 10 cars rated to last 300k miles or more.
You probably had a lemon. I haven't known anyone who's ever had a problem with their 6 as far as people I've met. All manufacturers can make lemons. I've known a camry that burned oil, and a couple accords need new transmissions. But thats about all I can account for.

You are wrong. All you have is a "lemon".
Mazda is exceptionally well made and reliable. Unfortunate for you to have one of the few cars that malfunction.
Contact your Mazda dealer and have it resolved.
