Thank you so much for sharing your experience, I’m planning to move to Houston soon and build a custom house. In Florida we have houses with cinder block walls mostly built to prevent hurricane damage. Is it an option to build houses with cinder block’s, or is that not allowed in Texas. Hope you can help me with this.
Hey Case, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel
25 Dollars a square wtf im a roofing contractor and I would never touch for that price those guys must have no license insurance no overhead that price is ridiculous
@m.creekrenovations Didn't know that so makes sense that his costs is thatvlow. Not a chance you going to hire a company to do that huge roof for that price
@@edwardtucker219 I'm not a roofer, but when I heard that price my eyes almost popped out of my head. No way in hell it was that cheap. What State is he in?
im build a 4,000 sqft home 12/12 roof very cut up labor from my local Mexicans is 2600$ I dont own a roofing company so its reasonable considering he does.
I put Lino on Floors not Roofs, give me a good metal roof any day of the week, especially if its going to be your forever home, a Tin Roof will last your life time.
Damn, it went from your dream house to your transition house real quick.
it'll never be his forever home until he has a family. he's making $$$ on the meantime

He owns a roofing business so that’s why the prices are sooo good! My man is killing it!

You can’t find a roofer to do anything 25 a square. So I don’t believe it.
Thank you for sharing your experience
You should check out Tamko rustic black I think the color and quality is just as nice as this and soo much cheaper
$25 a square should be illegal.
That labor price is not real. it’s way too cheap for this size roof.
There is no way in hell that he paid 1750 for that install. If he did, them guys are really stupid lol

Probably it has something to do with his business getting involved as well.. remember he said he owns a roofing company
Mexicans bro relax 1750usd is like a 50k back home or something like that I think

What bank are you financing with?
25 a square def isn’t going down in Texas
Thought Metal roofs were all the rage since they were cheaper.
Guess that's about the only expensive thing in Houston, eh?
Where is your shirt from? I like the style.
What area do you live in? I am from Silver Lake, WI
$25 a square... WHAT?
$350 a guy, sounds about right
dude ur cheap, u rippeed those roofers off

Oh shit im the second comment lol. I just wanna say bro you inspire me alot man keep up the good work bro !!!
Shouldve gone with Malarkey shingles
Aren't you worried about the huge roof overhangs reducing light inside?
Flashing there should be step flashing !
Dam I wouldn’t feel right with myself paying $25 per square
You have an HOA. Bad move
What’s a bad move?
It’s very rare to find a non HOA neighborhood in Houston. And when you do find one… It’s filled with trailers, chicken coops, and overgrown grass
Looks like he can afford an HOA plus more.
@@socalq change the laws then. Imagine leaving an apartment to buy a house just to have another land lord.....
@@limbeboy7 I prefer an HOA that keeps my neighborhood looking nice over a neighborhood that doesn’t have those rules tbh
The beat goes crazy tho not gonna lie
Can Inhabe these installers number please
Let's go!!! I'm biggest fan on IG ❤❤❤❤
LOL good luck on lifetime shingles unless your 70yrs old.
After watching this, I wouldn’t hire him to build my house. Maybe his budget is just very tight cause he’s cutting a few corners.
Your roofers are cheap💯
Lol your under HOA's bs nonsense. Good luck with that.
