Is this this the best of his first 3 singles? If not, which is?
It changes on any given day for me from this to from Austin. Both 🔥🔥🔥🔥
In my opinion, Yes!
Late July is criminally underrated
@@theagentfrom2027 Yeah folks act like Late July ain't even exist! Everything Zach releases is incredible.
From Austin is sooo good but i think this song takes the cake!
I’ve seen him twice now, and he seems genuinely surprised that people love ALL of his songs. Also, this is my favorite song by him.
It's probably just really surreal for him, still. He's just a small town Okie boy who really started getting noticed after releasing some phone recorded videos on his Navy bases.
He went from that, to performing in front of massive sold out crowds in the span of a year. If the insanity of the situation ain't sunk in for his fans yet (like me), then it sure ain't for him.
I honestly hope he never gets used to any of it, and stays just the way he is! He's the most deserving artist of any kinda fame like this!
Saw it live at auburn rodeo, he played it right at sunset and it was one of the best experiences ever
I wanna see him pretty bad but im in Oregon and I dont think theres any concerts near me
@@caidenzagala7420 Just experiencing that through a playback recording was incredible.
One of the best shows ive ever been to
His concert was unbelievable, literally the greatest experience I’ve ever had. I normally film but I didn’t I just was living in the moment cherished every second
Charles Godwin was there too and it was magical
I agree man I saw him in Huntsville alabama back in September
In this society… that says everything. We only have the now and that’s all we bring to the grave. God bless.
Glad to be your 100th Like 🎉
There’s a reason so many people hit you up about Zach. He’s doing music that people are starving for. The writing is raw and real. Most folks can feel these words way down in their souls.
This song has been on repeat a lot these last couple of days. This album is gonna be wild when it drops. All singles so far have been a joy of stories.
You gotta see his live performance of this song when he’s singing in front of the orange sunset. It’s perfect.
At Auburn rodeo?
It's beautiful!
Incredible. Just incredible. No other words. Stay clean, Zach, and you my friend are destined for legendary status
Every time he drops a call yours is the first channel I go to after his lol
Really appreciate ya for that Ozy!
Haven't really enjoyed country music since my childhood but this man's storytelling and voice are just so elegant.
“I hate what you did to me, but I still love you”- Zach’s meaning behind the song
Zach Bryan is this generations version of Johnny Cash. Speaks to your soul if you really listen.
Personally think that his best songs are the ones that nobody really knows about. My personal favourite is Letting someone go and Mine again🥰he never misses I love him so much
Great reaction as always. It actually wasn't our friend JR on the keys at this concert, it was Max Somerville, a member of Charles Wesley Godwin's band The Allegheny High. My favorite part is his delivery of "the grass trees and dew, how I just hate you, please turn those headlights around." It provides closure for the song. It's the final declaration that he has moved on. "To you I'm just a man, to me you're all I am" is also so simple but so powerful. It's always a pleasure to see a concert video of mine on your channel, keep up the great work!
How do they all look just like JR? What is going on in Oklahoma!
The dude never misses his words are so well put it’s crazy
I have been listening to the live version for a while and I think I almost like it more than the studio version.
Me too man
I feel like the live music has more of an impact than the studio one.
I would agree if it wasn't for all the cackling, and chit chatting by random "country fannnsss!!🤠😎😈👻🙈🙊💋💋💅👅💇♀️" in the background.
Heard this song for the first time today and was blown away! Zach Bryan is as much a poet as he is a lyricist.
this and summertime blues have been on repeat the last couple weeks
“This ain’t a clappin song, lady whose clappin…” 😂
Man hat guy is in LOVE
My favourite part of the song is the part where he’s singing about dancing and he says ‘the wood used to creek’. Don’t know why but has me feeling some kinda way
That is my favourite part as well "Take me back to us dancin this wood used to creak". Such a powerful delivery wishing we could all go back in time to certain moments
We need a reaction to Benjamin Todd not coming home!!😍
Can't wait for the album drop!!!
Listen to “if I were the devil” by Colby acuff and then “when I see you again”
Your point on taking in the surroundings is highlighted in a very intricate way in the song - "Take me back to us dancin'; this wood used to creak"
There are SO many ways to describe the feeling of dancing with a loved one. For Zach Bryan to choose the sound of the wood creaking beneath his feet is a subtle yet profound image. That's an incredibly impactful choice when you think about taking in every piece of your surrounding environment.
Appreciate all the time you put into these Burt. For sure would check out his music video to this song he released on Friday, he got over 15,000 videos from fans and picked many that he decided to put in the video
I appreciate you taking the time to watch! Means so much!
I take my 2 sons out on a regular basis to watch the stars and moon. One can really start to find themselves up there. I have been obsessed with the stars sence I was a kid and have always found help, forgiveness, love and power in them. Just looking up to them and thinking on some pretty deep life changing situations have helped me a lot. They bring a instant kind of peace to my soul and I hope in showing my boys the power and awe inspiring beauty they hold will help them as well in their futures.
In the original and studio version that “the grass, trees and dew oh how I just hate you” just gives me shivers
Such a great song!
Gotta do open the gate now
Fellow mississippian here, love your vids!
Thank you for this! Truly a big fan
Thank you for watching!
never seen any of your videos before and im only 40 seconds into this one while commenting and i can already tell i like you by the sick posters on your back wall
Well thanks!
The harmonica totally complemented this song. It is a masterpiece.
should have watched the Auburn Rodeo concert recording his drummer made. Only a day or two after he dropped this song and the crowed sang a verse for him.
Went outside and looked at the sun , ended up with a sunburn Burt :/ lol great content !! Keep it up .
You REALLY need to listen to Jeremy Pinnell and Arlo Mckinley perform Joey! CHILLS
LOVE THE STACHE
You remind me a lot of another UA-camr I watch. His channel is Lake fork guy. Love the reactions
I need to take your advice and put it into my life❤️
Very well “dissected” brother!

If you would like to react to an artist you might not have heard, I recommend Aesthetic Perfection with Party Monster
can you react to loom or me and mine?
You need to react to Benjamin Dakota Rogers John came home
Koe wetzel review!!!!!!!
Z&E's version is so much better
David Spade looks weird here.
Zach plagiarized a lyric from The White Buffalo on this track
Which one?
@@1722gman Damned. The lyrics TWB wrote in 2009 are:
"Damned if you do
Damned if you don't
Well, I wish you would
But I think you won't"
It's not an exact plagiarism but very very close
@@jakethacker6057 you realize how common that saying is right?
@@kee-slim1513 It is a common saying but look at the lyrics in the context of the song and that all four lines are near perfect matches. It would be one thing if "damned if you do, damned if you don't" were the only matching lines but when all four match there's something fishy going on. Not only that but from a musical perspective, the flow is eerily similar and the chord changes are nearly exact also with Zach's version being slightly faster. I'm not trying to discredit Zach's other work. Hell, I'm a fan. But from my point of view as a musician and lyricist who has been doing so for nearly 15 years, it's far too coincidental.
@@jakethacker6057 nah
Highly recommend Redneck Romeo by Tyler Childers.
