9 ft ceilings, drywall throughout, overhead venting system... This is a great single wide. Love the flooring as well. Bedrooms are a bit small but that kitchen! Definitely a tiled shower. I also like the vents in the ceiling. Makes furniture placement much easier. ❤️. Drywall throughput is also is a major plus.
I think this is one of the best single wides I have seen. I think the kitchen needs more and wider drawers. I wish they wouldn't so frequently try to cram 3 bedrooms into a small space. I agree w the person who said to make them one big master and make it a 2 bedroom. I also don't need a tub in the master, when there is one available in the main bath if needed. I would rather they take that space to extend the existing master closet into one very large one. Extra closet space can be used for more than clothing. While the pantry is lacking, but w those 3 tall cupboards by the stove, it is at least pantry space and doable. This is a nice home to down size and retire to. Thank you Chance. For a single wide Its perfect!! You are so right, it would be great for a couple, a small family, or someone downsizing. The only thing is storage, the closets are pretty small, but it’s the best layout I’ve seen in a single wide in a long time! Great job Chance 👍
One of the best single wides I have ever seen. Love the high 9 foot ceilings. It makes it look bigger. I hope manufacturers start making them that way.
I agree with you about the shower. The only distinguishing difference is the color of the door frame. The tile would make it pop more. I hate the wire racks in the closets also, they make it cheap looking.
Beautiful! I got married in 1978 & my parents bought us a mobile home & got it all set up for us. A few pieces of furniture, while not the best quality, came with it. The only thing is we didn’t have a washer or dryer. My parent’s friend had just thrown out a dryer in the dump on his property so dad asked if he could go get it & see what was wrong with it. Other than being dirty & having some mice nests all it needed was a small switch on the door. I think it was less than $1 to fix. Mom got a new washer so I got her old. Back in the day, washers didn’t automatically balance as they do today. You know the saying “Don’t come a knockin’ if the van’s a rockin’? Well it was ‘Don’t come a knockin’ if the mobile home’s a rockin’! 😂
I have to say I would do the tiling in the main bathroom but I would also get an external transit window put in the second bathroom. It’s a lovely home, not a bit of wasted space anywhere, Take care and stay safe.

Very nice one Chance! Can just imagine it with a permanent foundation, nice lawn and flower beds and a matching garage all on a small acreage in the mountains! Being I live in California I always think of putting one on a five acre parcel in the Sierra Nevada foothills and that kind of rustic look would fit in a mountain location really nicely.

Having lived in a starter home with fiberglass surround, and now in a home with tiled bathrooms, I MUCH prefer the fiberglass. It is SO much easier to clean!
Well Chance you asked and I shall deliver!! First I would go with a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath floorplan rather than three. Done right that could add a couple of feet in the second BR and a couple of feet in the Living area. I would also want the ever requested fireplace stubbed out with a gas line for gas logs or insert. In the kitchen no combo Micro/vent over the stove! Just a good vent to outside hood, the micro can sit on the counter somewhere. And I would redesign the Master Bath entirely!! Closet access in the BR, and that Geezer package I always bring up! Walk in tub and Convalescence toilet with easy access for a wheelchair, just in case. A different back door, the front door is great! Add a garage and covered, screened back porch and a covered front porch and this rascal would be very, very comfortable!! It's a nice home as it is but these are some changes to make my life easier as I get older.
Can't believe I'm first. Nice home, I could live in it. The kitchens nice, ceilings are nice. Would be nice making the other bedroom. just one big bedroom. and making it the master. No pantry, need a pantry. But still nice. Good price too.
Finally a single wide with a proper dining area. Super plus! The bad side is that the guest bedrooms are rather small. The main bath is however really well done. Very nice. Overall pretty nice.
I have raised 3 children . Now it's just me and my wife of 35 years. This is perfect we have no use for a large home now, to much for use to clean and have to keep up. This is beautiful and affordable. We own 20 acres of land in a rural setting. We plan on traveling a good bit so a home of this size is all we need.
Nice place! Loads of cabinet space in the kitchen, and I love that the W/D has its own room. You don't pass by UGLY folding doors on the way to the BR.
OK I have learned that when they pack a bunch of deep shelves around a fridge, they call that a "Pantry Bank." Maybe not Dance worthy, but it's better than nothing. I really like this place. Lots of shelves in the Kitchen. No Vinyl Panel Walls! Vents in the ceiling! Best of all I like the price. It makes the 2021 SW list! I always enjoy Chance regardless. I look forward to his videos. I will hit the "Like Button" just for you.
I think the corner laundry room just off the kitchen is so adorable! I really liked this one! It doesn’t feel like your typical single wide. And that tub in the bathroom?!!! Awesome! I noticed that the shower had a built in seat, which is something I always look for as my husband and I are both handicapped. You did well with this one Chance!!
REALLY like this one! Smartest kitchen layout I've seen on a single wide. Windows seems to be upgraded as well. Also love the brushed bronze finish on the plumbing. 🥰
I think I'd prefer the toilet in a water closet and the clothing closet open directly to the bedroom. I don't like the idea of having to possibly walk past someone on the toilet to get into the closet. lol
This single wide is beautiful and bigger than my home here in the UK. I was so surprised how much space and storage was in the kitchen. The rooms are quite big, nothing has been left out. I love it.

I often wonder how customizable these are. Say, if I wanted to ditch the tub in the master bath and get a bigger closet in there somehow. I wouldn't use that tub ever but a larger closet would get used for certain.
Hi Chance Thanks for the great tour of this single wide. It is very nice. I do not really like the single wides myself but it is interesting to see them with you. The living area is nice and the 9 foot ceilings and beams make the space appear roomier. The bedrooms are rather small but good for children. That is a nice kitchen and seems bigger than it probably is. The master bath is good with the storage and the bathtub and shower are nice. Thank yo again for another great tour tonight. Good layout for a 2-2 Instead of a 3-2. I wonder if that’s an option? I’m a retiring senior and don’t need 3 BR. At 85K starting you could make this real special with some upgrades.
The best single wide I’ve ever seen love the ceiling height the sitters along with the white siding the drywall is a must have in my opinion. The only thing I’d want to change here would be the stove just because if I’m cooking I need to cook on gas and would also need my hot water heater gas as well I couldn’t see the roof if it had tin that’d be all I’d need to change in this unit But chance if there’s anyone out there who hasn’t subscribed by now if for the only reason to watch you You are by far the funniest human doing these type of videos any where and I’ve looked at many of them but it’s you I’ll always come back to here you’re even funnier just because you don’t realize just how funny you are I know you have to hear this on a daily basis But you are definitely the best in this business in my humble opinion any way
