Thanks for the tutuorials, they are awesome. One minor thing, F major and D minor have the same key signature (one flat - Bb). So when you switched to F major, the "auto tuning" was the same. at 5:24 when you "switched" to F major the grayed out keys stayed the same as the D minor setting. @WebDevFTW yes it does achieve that robot sound. and what u are talking about is normal/manual pitch correction, wich has always existed and always will and I'm ok with that. It's like photoshop: with moderation, it's totally correct to use it. And yeah i know what i'm talking about i've been a reccording artist for years.
So i have another question i have written a song in Ab, but in the song everytime i play the 6th chord Fminor instead i play Fmajor now there is a lyric that i sing that is in the chord of Fmajor, wen using pitch correction with autotune, how do i still use the plugin effectively even wen im purposely singing a note that is not in the chosen key i selected in autotune.
How do I have my vocals synced with a midi track that was recorded as a solo voice (piano). I have a multi channel Software mixer.I have the song without vocals on one track. I recorded the solo voice on another track which is the same notes I would be singing. So when record my voice to this song how can I tell the program to follow the MIDI solo? I still haven't come across a video that adresses the MIDI implementation. I know that was a bit much but any help would be great. Thanks

Auto-tune is representative of everything about music now. There are no real instruments, no real messages in the lyrics, no real musicians playing, and no real singing talent tacked on to the front. The singing talent is for some reason the last thing people were okay with losing. This world is probably fine for someone with aspirations of being the next great composer. But for the rest of us, this system's a bit meaningless.
