Now you can also put mounts on elephants and ostriches, some domesticated animals appear with collars that you can dye colors and they added some stuffed animals :)

Hey Princess, I have a question. How many add-ons can you have in a world at once?

There's no limit though minecraft has a texture limit and if all the add-ons combined have more texture than the limit then it might not work well (some textures might not appear). Atleast that's what I've been told. Also, minecraft might lag or crash depending on your device and if it's powerful enough.

It's good but a lot of the animals just despawn if you leave the chunk. Iguanas, lizards, hamsters and rats are some examples
