Hello, I use default frames with a texture reskin pack called MiirGui (just the raidframe folder) and an addon called 'Buff overlay'.
www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info21103-MiirGuiTexturePackGrey.html This is the link to the pack you just have to put only the 'raidframe' folder in the interface folder. Hope this helps.
