@@prosperousy8426 there is clear demarcation of division of power within three pillars. It is parliament alone duty tans right to approve and impeach the Judges. Current issues is responsible alone to parliament. Executive is not allow to involve in the discussion of parliament regarding any matter unless until the bill is propose from the executive part. Till than executive has to answer the questions asked by the MPs. I believe you understand how the parliamentary procedures and rules applies to executive. I think, it better not mixed up all together.

We all need to realize that our exile government has been changed to so called Central Tibetan Administration under the request of the Indian Government. If this is what we all acknowledge than does all these argument make any sense ? Above all we are all refugee & must follow the rules & regulation set by the host countries such as COVID-19 protocol were our representative reside. Can our CTA be responsible if any of our representatives violate the host countries COVID-19 Protocol & are regulations ? We may be passionate about this issue but must understand the reality & unforeseen global condition brought about by CCP virus.
Pms did took the right decision by removing those three judges coz as far as I know neither of them have a law degree at least to be a be fitted as the judges of supreme court.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts but you should know that the speaker along with all the parliamentarians are elected by the people and they have the right to make and amend the law whereas to become judges of the supreme court the law degree is mandatory.
@@Sonamczm Have you read the charter or just blabbing??? Charter doesn't say that a nominee for SJC should have Law degree. Between Indian Law and Tibetan Charter are not same so one with LLB degree doesn't necessarily make a good judge in Tibetan case.
If no degree is the case here than I would like to remind you that these same parliamentarians are the one who voted and appointed chief justices commission.
@@namgyel6447 I am not saying parliament removing justices are unconstitutional. Our charter is not clear on the issues which will lead to impeachment of justice commissioners. In a county with independent judiciary, parliament can only bring motion of impeachment against a judge when he/she can't perform the duty (physical and mental illness) or committed high crime like treason. Impeachment cannot be brought based on the judgement or punishment they meted out to anybody. If Supreme Court justices can be removed based on their judgement, then cabinet (in case of parliamentary democracy) and legislature could use any pretext to take political revenge, thus making it impossible for judges to punish MPs, ministers if they were to commit crime. As far as I know, the TPiE impeached Supreme Justice Commissioners due to the stance TSJC took with regards to charter and the punishment they meted out to standing committee of TPiE. This is the literal definition of political vendetta. Besides, Speaker is also making a dangerous and unconstitutional remark that TPiE could not only make law but also interpret it, thus combining both legislative and judiciary power in parliament and speaker himself. Although you may or may not agree with the judgements that TSJC took over the years, especially regarding case no 20, you should remember that concentrating all power in legislature and diluting the authority of judiciary or making judiciary serve at the pleasure of another beach of government will destroy the core of democracy and rule of law in our society.

Actually India was at unlock 3.0 when the incident happened so its not illegal to hold gatherings if proper arrangements are made.
