Good-show Jamie, and an appropriate end to a good week, especially as I'm off to Telford tomorrow (don't do Saturdays as they're busier). All excited now, like Christmas time...
Hi Jamie. I'm so excited to see the Spit 12 conversion! I wasn't until you mentioned it the odd time or two! 😂 The 1/24 conversion looks wicked too! 🤯 I sat in N3200 at Duxford on Thursday and I can't describe the feeling! Unbelievable! It gives you a completely different perspective on your modelling (and the pilots that flew them!) Look forward to the sprue tours and the MkXII video's too! Take care mate. 👍 👊
Got back from Telford an hour ago 1600. Airfix had sample of both releases there. The detail on the Lysander is far superior to the Eduard edition (I know as recently built it) The 'copter is interesting. Loads of traders with resin and 3d renderings to modify all sorts of kit including Eduard who took loads of brass bits and white box kits discounted by 20%, drooling yet? You seem to have settled back well.

Thanks mate, hope you enjoyed the show

Looking around to preorder the Lysander kit, it looks gorgeous from the pictures I’ve seen.
I have a bunch of Overtrees coming thanks to a mate!
Have you seen the 1/32 Hunter T7 annoucment from Revell...due next year and includes an option for 111 sqdn "Black Arrows" on the decal sheet
Keeping an eye on that.
@ronaldbyrne3320
From what i have seen it looks amazing
I did see that. It's a modified tool and not my thing, I built the single seater and was decidedly underwhelmed.
@@thescalemodellingcafe what scale?

Sure the Arma Hobby P-39 has been out but I for one want your perspective on the kit as a I respect your opinion.
It's in the to do pile!
That is some tool cabinet behind you,Jamie
And cheap too!
I’m always torn between displaying aircraft with open cockpit or not because it spoils the lines. P.s. take Mr Oxley to Margate with you😂
I know what you mean
