    I pre-ordered mine and can't wait. I'm 72 and lead an exercise class focused on strength training in my senior building 3 x a week. I'm just trying to get folks to show up for this half-hour event and then encourage them to do wall pushups and chair squats. We do walking, dancing and other stuff just to have activity between the real strength training of compound muscle movements. 😂 just trying to get a fitness HABIT established, working on proper form and encouraging the strength training aspect is my focus. So many here end up in a nursing home because they don't have the lower body strength to walk to the bathroom by themselves. It's tragic and it's fixable. Thanks for the inspiration Ed.

    Pre-ordered! I’m 69 and was diagnosed with osteopenia and osteoporosis with compression fractures in my thoracic and lumbar spine last March. I love your style of teaching exercises. Easy to follow and very detailed. I have several of your exercises in my daily routine and look forward to getting your book! The best to you and your lovely wife in 2024! ❤️

    Ed I saw you had some upper body strength training exercises but I can’t find them now. I found the lower body exercises but need the upper body. Can you please send them to me? I also preordered your book. Thank you.

      Thanks for your quick reply. You had a video with about 4-5 upper body exercises and talked about doing them 3 days per week and to do the lower body exercises 2 days per week and take weekends off. Then the next week it was 3 days lower body and 2 days upper body. I can’t locate the video on line for the upper body. Here is the link for the lower body ua-cam.com/video/t8bJEywWq6k/v-deo.html
      If the exercises are in the book, that’s all I need.
      I’m 67 years old and very active. I have scoliosis and osteopenia so I’m learning to address and accept my physical ailments and my age. I used to work out pretty heavily with a personal trainer twice per week up until last month. I also do a yoga class once a week, walk 3 miles 3 times a week, and ride a fan bike and do the elliptical for 45 minutes 3 times per week.
