Me and all my fishing friends have had well over 2000 attemps at the sea emperor soul without getting it and it should be a 1% to 1.2% chance if you use ghoul pet. The few that exists are from a very long time ago. They are worth way more than 500m, the few owners won't really sell, i've offered 4b and got denied.
