For a cheap legacy deck, the power level is not too far behind much more expensive decks. It's easy to hate out, so best for people that only play legacy rarely.

in the process of getting the rest of the cards for this deck. i built the modern version and love it. only thing i noticed was there is only 59 cards you mentioned in the main deck so i added a third copy of Hogaak

You should try flayer of the hatebound instead of thassa's oracle as the win creature, it's much better. Dread return + flayer but no spy = win the game. Dread return + thassa's oracle but no spy does nothing. I think manaless dredge is a really solid deck and better than LED dredge when the meta is trying to do fair things, control decks can never beat manaless dredge in game 1.

Just beat the new eldrazi commander precon using a scuffed version of this deck,can’t wait to make it full landless maybe manaless. ty for the inspiration

The only cost in this deck is the sideboard package. The maindeck is as cheap as a pauper deck.

If you have Grief, they would work well in the list.
