- I had the pleasure of experiencing the new queens Courtney Bowman and Danielle Steers live and front row! The show was incredible! I got chosen for Get Down again ( and received a massive cheer!) and also got my phone taken for the first time ever during the megasix!!!!! It's quite a long vlog as Issy and I couldnt contain our excitement so enjoy!!

seeing vicki in that costume will take some adjusting but it looks so good on her. i’ll adjust to the newbies too i really like them. boleyn has sick vibrato and parr has that rasp and edge in her alto voice plus that sass oop. love them.

I’m was thinking of watching it for the first time but then I found out Millie and Aimie (the ones I mainly wanted to see) were leaving but I’m considering going and seeing them in June
100% go see it! Regardless of who's on stage it's amazing! (I've seen it twice in London, twice in Boston - I was a little apprehensive about the North American cast but omg so good & the show is such fun, it's honestly a must see!)
I literally got chills when Danielle started singing
I almost teared up when Bryony met Courtney
courtney and danielle are amazing!! although it's definitely going to take some getting used to, and millie and maiya's shoes are very hard to fill, i'm so excited to see more of them!
Okay the people who play as Parr have a habit of taking the phone’s of the audience and recording the queens as if they were filming a vlog, and I love it.
Honestly I love the new queens. Danielle brings Parr lots of dominance and power just- woah. And Courtney is just so loud and fun and crazy I literally love it. They bring their own twists to the characters and Vicki did amazingly, but it’s so cool seeing her in pink. Also I wanted to ask, how can you meet the cast?
Stage door is a great time to see the cast and talk to them! You have to wait a little bit after the show but the cast will come out and say hello, sign autographs and take pictures etc.

They don’t get new designs because A it’s expensive and B those costumes are the signature costume for the queens all around the world the costumes they were wearing will be custom made to fit them perfectly
Jack Athey Lucy and Toby both said that the costumes were all changed to make the queens suit them more. The alternates definitely change. But I think they may change them due to the amount of popularity.
It happens in almost every show. If a show like wicked, for example, had to come up with different costumes every time an Elphie or Glinda was replaced, they’d go mad! Once a costume plot has been decided for a character, it’ll stay that way for the duration of the show (with minor adjustments for each actor, obvs).

I saw Six twice on a Thursday once. Twice in 4 hours... nuts, but totally worth it! I'd had the evening show booked for ages then Vicki went on as Seymour for the matinee and that was the last queen I needed to see her play so OBVS I booked!! Had to really. No regrets.

I liked it better when they all had their own costumes even when they were playing the same character. It just showed the individuality that they brought to their characters and that they all brought something new and different to them.
The late still wear their own colors but when aimie left they gave vicki the role of howard so she became a principle howard and not an alt
