Couldn’t be happier with Dan Quinn as coach so far, the guy has made me feel stupid for not wanting him when we were looking for a coach. The more I learn about how players and other coach’s across the league feel about him and the more I watch him as our coach I feel like we were blessed to steel Quinn out from under the Cowboys. What really makes me think he’s the real deal is hearing all the players across the league that he’s coached that all say he’s their favorite coach and how they would run through a wall for that man, he’s a leader of men and that’s exactly what we needed here in Washington for a long long time.

Agreed with that. I wasn't thrilled when he was hired and am now eating my words very happily. Dan Quinn is a fantastic coach. I couldn't be happier to have him in Washington.

The fact Jayden finish the drive shows me he's got heart... And very glad he made the right choice as the player to not force it against a Carolina team.. But at the end the day the entire team showed up to play to win.. and kuddos to Marcus he deserves that also. Great win on to Chicago

Crazy that on the day Washington retires Darrell Green’s jersey number, Jayden experiences a rib injury similar to Green’s on his way to the super bowl… sign of things to come? Lets at least hope JD can play for 20 years if anything 😅

I doubt JD5 is any kind of long term franchise QB. I will enjoy it while it lasts. He takes about 5 times more near miss hits or hits a game then most QBs. We have to see it play out but AP needs a back up plan. Purdy maybe?

All of you people saying you're worried about DQ's face and the way he's talking about Jayden's injury must not have been watching how this Coaching Staff has been super tight lipped about most of their players' injuries until the last minute. Why would they wanna give away whether important guys like JD and BRob are gonna go or not on Day 1. Why not keep both Questionable until the last second to make Chicago have to prepare for everyone instead of narrowing down on the guys they know will be in 100%? 🤷‍♂️ It's called being smart and strategical.

I thought the same thing!! He might've been able to outpace the safety on the sidelines. Plus it's safer and allows him to go out of bounds. But I guess like DQ said, he was trying to go and score and felt cutting it back was the best play. :(

Sit Jayden for the Bears game go with Marcus. Maybe come back for the Steelers. Take a long look at Steelers TE Darnell Washington big as lineman catches like a TE 4.6/40. Steelers overuse him a a blocking TE in their scheme - but Washington could really flourish in "The Kliff System." Back in 2023 draft I strongly advocated for taking a shot on him. Rivera got Stromberg instead who has been waived - while Darnell Washington is now a starter for the Steelers..

I've never seen many designed runs for Michael Vick. His running came from plays breaking down. Do 1-2 designed runs a game if you feel you need to. But the fact that he was banged up early and they ran the Navy offense after that is BS... Let his dynamic play ability show in other ways like extending plays and turning pass plays into 15 yard runs. He's not Cam Newton- you can't run him on solo runs 10x a game. Be better

Harris, Peters, and DQ need to protect Daniels from himself because of his competitive nature. He does not want to be out vs. Chicago with a national audience against the number 1 overall pick and Tezz first game back to Washington.
