    I’m sure he’s great, but I’ve also done the 2+ billion views for clients and I never needed my clients to have 300k on UA-cam. Some under 10k, or no UA-cam at all. If you need the proof of virality from the client beforehand then you’re already more than halfway there. I’m only a few minutes in, but this observation is an undeniable advantage. Growing people who’ve already ‘made it’ isn’t difficult at all, but I’ll continue to watch and keep an open mind. On the plus side, what I will say is this strategy of volume is quite astounding, and technically, it’s ahead of its time, because ig are changing their algorithm in June to sync and find original sources.

This is just another challenge that I have to overcome. Setbacks are just part of life and so learning and growth. This is what my channel is all about. About being strong whatever life throws at me although it’s not always easy to stay strong especially during storms but at least try to take even little steps even when it gets tougher. Keeping in mind I'm not immune to challenges in life like everybody makes me focus on solutions. It sucks and I was feeling down for a few days after it happened but I chose to bounce back and start all over again after losing months' worth of work as my hard drives were in my stolen bags. 80% of my camera gears are gone but I recently bought new ones to keep going. • @okcool2805
      @okcool2805 5 місяців тому +3

      I don't think that's the case.
      From a purely business perspective, why would any agency waste time and resources gambling on people who can't get 10,000 subscribers on their own? It wouldn't be good for their portfolio to take them on, as they're most likely new to posting, or they can't make good content, and hiring a marketing agency won't help.
      You need to learn how to create the good content first that people like to watch, then they take it from there.
      If you have less than 10k subs, you aren't exactly a scalable content creator, you're just someone who makes videos, like the millions of other channels with 10k subs that eventually give up because they never try to improve, or even maintain their following.

    • @OneKidChanges
      @OneKidChanges 5 місяців тому +2

      100 subscribers doesn't prove that there is a market for the channel, you're asking for an agency to do all the heavy lifting on the talent side which isn't what they do. If you are a creator with ONLY 100 subscribers after longer than 6 months, create a new channel and repurpose your old content.

    Honestly as awesome and intense as this is (and I know the amount of work it takes), it blows as a business model. Right now, were servicing 30 clients, 1 post a day across 5 platforms, sitting at about 5000 posts for ALL of our clients all together.a month. Ive got a team of 20 and it can be exhausting sometimes, even though our shit is streamlined af as well. But were also not dealing with clients that would pay 25k a month only, so not as tight on our avatar as Logan. Either way, I think much smaller team and much less complex models can make just as much money if not more, so this is why, even though I respect the model, I realize the model inherently sucks and has much less leverage than other models (outside of getting clients which is the easiest part for this model)

    I wonder is the agency use third party scheduling tools or scheduling tools built into the Social media platforms

    • @loganforsyth
      @loganforsyth 6 місяців тому +2

      We don’t use third party scheduling tools and recommend against this - we don’t see as good of results and they are always missing new features from the platforms. We use the native schedulers in each platform.
