I mean yeah rpg is the only contraband thats actually hella good in general, cuz photon accel is just to catch an operator lackin, photon blades suck unless you have operator armour yourself and ks23 may have a lot of damage, but its still a shotgun, using an m4 would probably be just as good
tbf its balanced its 3500 to refill and its kinda hard to get plus it has 0 reserve ammo and it doesnt even blow up someone to their death unless they have low hp and if its somehow overpowerd they can add a cooldown on refilling lol
