This is such a cool car! You gave it the love, attention and care it deserses. Great job! I just found out about the Demio and fell in love with it. What you can do with the seats in order to have more space for cargo and even sleep in the car with a 2m length sleeping space us amazing!

Great video, I also have a Demio. Does removing the resonator box and capping the pipe make much of a different to the sound?

Very! It’s a spunky little car and makes great growls with a cone filter and a straight pipe. But the gain really is the response time for such a small and light car. Next stage of this build is a jappmuffler with a silencer that keeps the vacuum/preasure in the exhaust and maybe moving the air pipe to a straight aluminium one and moving the mass airflow sensor to the center of the grill. Hopefully the induction and cold air will hit just right and the filter will sit nice and proper at the front behind the grill. Be sure to check out my other videos when I space and lower the car! 👍

@carlcarlssonvlogs nice, just waiting on getting a rubber grommet plug to fill the plastic tubes as testing it before I consider removing the box.
Will definitely be getting the filter and shield. I would love a proper jap style can on the back of mine, but think I am going to settle for something subtle. This is my 2nd Demio, I had the Demio MK1 GSI before this.

Misstänker att du får plocka isär luftmassemätaren som sitter precis innan luftfilterlådan. Du har ju en tempsensor som sitter i lådan som är formad som en kon och sen ska det nog sitta en till i kammaren i luftmassemätaren innan som sagt. @@carlcarlssonvlogs hittade den den sitter bakom motorn på brandväggen. Med en liten slangstump som skydd eller något. De står mitsubishi KL47 på den. kolla gärna på din om den ser likadan ut eller om den faktiskt är ansluten till något med en slang
