Sir when should we update baseline? can we update it even when baseline is already approved and project is going on with some progress?

It depends on the project situation for instance when a new scope is added to the current project, you should update the baseline

@@SuryanarayananRevathi I want to inform you, this tools only available for SQLand ORACLE database type. With SQLLITE you cannot use it.
