I'm having that problem with my Son, right now. He was born at Cedars, and due to his Sickle Cell disease he has spent a lot of time there. 34 years going back n forth there. They use to care about the patients, but they have stopped. Health care should be not just for the rich, but also for the poor. Saving all lives not just some. Maybe poor people should call the news stations and report how PR pick and choose to takes care of the poor patients.....

Nicole Violani's racist comments aside (we're Jewish and well off financially) but the service and support still sucks. Just look at this video and the Cedars website. No phone number listed here to contact "Patient Relations." Look at the website: no "Patient Relations" listed under the Programs and Services link. If you enter "Patient Relations" on the site Search option, no such service shows up. Not even sure they exist. In the meantime, my sister has cancer, is in pain and told first that it is due to "malaise" but then the on-line report the next day says gall stones. Nobody calls to let us know they changed their diagnosis. When her husband calls repeatedly to find out what to do about it nobody calls him back. This is just horrible care and service.
