Why can't I print a 4x6 label on a ZP450 with 300 or 600 DPI? If I choose 300 or 600 it prints oversized. Zebra software is bizarre. After 5 years I still question what my printer is going to do every time I print something.
Hello, thank you for reaching out. Thermal transfer printers such as the ZP450 can only print with the DPI quality of the installed printhead. The ZP450 printer can only print at 203 DPI. If the DPI is set to another level, the print will appear enlarged or reduced.
