I have to say it, at first, before RPDR, I liked Courtney. Then after she confronted with Joslyn I started to dislike her a little bit, not too much. But after I saw the way she hugged Bianca when she won, after the fabulous interviews that she did recently, after she explained everything, I can't, I just can't not love her with all my heart.

if bianca hadn't wiped out all the competition, i would have wanted courtney to win. she's so genuine and funny, and she honestly deserved to be on all stars 2 with willam, trixie, naomi, kim chi, pearl, fame, KATYA AGAIN, milk, max, and ben.

@@aivannikholairuiz7386 that's because it was a massively talented season. And they weren't all insecure like so many of the queens before and after. They all had a clearly defined role to play and they played it well. Even laganja and gia gunn were excellent as part of the ensemble cast. Nowadays its queens like Monet exchange etc and before that mimi imfurst who always desperately tried to pull focus. They are on a whole not team players like in this season.

Probably my favourite drag queen of all time. Liked her on season 6 and thought she was incredibly beautiful and talented, but i really started to adore her when i discovered her activism out of the show. So happy she's so successful right now and hope i get to meet her one day.

Courtney Act is the most well rounded queen ever, after Raja, in my opinion. I will never understand why people hate her but love Raven, Bianca Del Rio, and Shangela who are all super shady as well.
Well, Bianca's shade was her persona. I mean, that is her stated schitck/act: Insult stand-up comedy. But she was actually a nice person. The only person Bianca actually took issue with was LaGanja and that was because she detected the LaGanja was full of crap, which everyone ended up calling LaGanja on. (Which I get why LaGanja was acting the way she was: She's young, she was nervous, and she was not allowed her coping medication, and sostarted acting out. She was not finalist material, but I understand why she was doing what she was doing and actually felt bad for her.) Everyone else, what Bianca dished out was like drive by shade. She wasn't seriously going after anybody and they knew it. She was just trying to be funny doing her insult comedy act. She had no serous drama-rivalries around her because in the end, she was a nice person and they all knew it.
That was thing for Season 6. All three finalists were all so different, but all nice people you rooted for. Even Courtney's misstep with Josyln Fox came from a place of kindness. She was just A. Blunt, as Australians are wont to be and B. Joslyn's idol, which made any kind of negative comment coming from her ten times worse. I mean, getting critiqued by the judges is one thing, but when you are as young as Joslyn was, being critiqued by someone you look up to is so much worse. I think Joslyn could have taken that same critique from anyone else, but from Courtney it was heartbreaking for her. But Courtney did not mean anything nasty by it.
And Adore. How the same person can say "I'm from Azusa. I'll stab a bitch" and yet the same time utterly charm you with her happy go lucky insouciance (well, I lived in Harbor City Strip, CA for 15 years, so watching Adore was nostalgic for me, I know the type) which distracted many people from her focus and drive to complete. She is remarkable.
And I love that all thee of them never fell into the drama-rivalry trap the producers wanted.
season 6 is the best season ever. all of them are so talented and unique in their own way. I was rooting for Ms courtney act all the way. Hope she will be on all stars 2.
Her, Detox, Aquaria, Raja, & Violet Chachki are the 5 most stylish queens the shows ever seen.
This level of talent and professsionalism will be hard to get on the show again :(

After watching season 7 so far and seeing all these clips from seasons 1-6 it's making me really miss it! The queens in season 7, don't get me wrong they are alll absolutely beautiful (except um, jasmine masters) but they're so.. Plain and uninteresting and... Dare I say it, dumb. Where's the bianca del rio? Where's the raja? Where's the latrice? There's not even an Asian queen! Watching seasons 1-6 is entertaining every episode, i'll have like 8 different favorite queens. However season 7 i find myself physically having to keep my eyes open. Oh well, it might be a little early to judge

I've always thought that RuPaul limits the number of Asian contestants because there are so many Asian transgendered or drag or ladyboy performers who pass for biological women so well that it would make the competition a bit unfair. In Bangkok, Thailand - there are literally thousands of drag queens who can sing, dance and act and who are stunning yet none have made their way onto the show.
