Tala Enli 'Cause some recent Dubstep songs are not a lot melodic... Some people say Dubstep is just "noise" (like a lot of people say about metal, and that's not true). Personally, I don't like much these "noisy" ones, but I don't hate them. I just prefer the melodic ones :D
+David Max its because a lot of dub did become noise. it became about how aggressive the sound could be and that killed it for me. That and seeing frat dudes roll into the club i frequented in Austin, TX. I like these mixes because they're actually music, with a flow and feel and melody, actual dynamic content. The second dub became big in america it went to shit.
Colin Myers Well, that's a matter of taste, you know. Music is just a set of songs that make harmony, and everyone have different opinions about what's harmonic and what's not. Things change with time, and, as you said, and I agree, Dubstep is becoming / became "worse". But, thankfully not every Dubstep artist is changing to that style, there's still a lot of melodic ones in internet... You know, no music of a certain genre really stop being made.
Shankower: Tips/Entertainments here! I only use artists whom I have permission from. I have contacted each and everyone on the list and gotten permission to use some of their tracks on my channel. I'm very strict on that, I have to have permission from the artists to use their tracks. This is a result of months of "sending" messages to artists (Yes even Rameses B, has stated it's ok for me to upload his tracks). As for allowing free download, if any of the featured artists complain on that I will remove it ASAP. I'm glad you asked and all, but trust me I always ensure I have permission to upload some of their tracks :)

You have no idea how many times I'm scrolling through songs and I'm like WHAT COOL ART! and then I get there and get screwed over by some lazy person who didn't look for the source. I'm usually not for dubstep, but yours seem to have that uplifting quality the other ones may lack, many are all about drugs (and goes in the wrong environment, like trance can be).Trance been polluted too.
