What’s the deal with bleaching in Raja Ampat? I hear it has become a problem. Any signs of coral damage on your visit? Stella video by the way
Last season bleaching was present but not too bad. By the time I was there the water was already cooling down and it seemed to be getting better according to the dive guides

Y algunos que están a más distancia están hechos sin ninguna lente y con el zoom de la gopro controlado por la libreta de códigos QR Glowdive

I set ISO max usually at 800 and sometimes 1600 depending on ambient light and filter used.
Video espectacular!! Que gopro has utilizado ?? wb nativo y luego color correction?? Donde es la toma del min 6:42 aprox?? Me suenan muchas imágenes de misool. Veo muy buena visibilidad comparado con nov 22...
Gracias. He usado la GP11 con WB nativo y corrección en edición. No me acuerdo el punto de buceo de esa toma, pero sí es de la zona de Misool. La visibilidad ha variado entre aproximadamente 15 y 25m. Con lente angular la visibilidad parece mejor. Normalmente en Noviembre y Diciembre es cuando la visibilidad es mejor, pero en febrero-marzo se ve más vida.

@@glowdiveUW muchas gracias!!! Te quiero preguntar que puedo hacer para mejorar mis videos con mi gopro 8 bajo el agua. Tengo tambien una g7x m2 y el resultado es mucho mejor. Yo solo hago snorkeling o sea profundudad de 0 a -5 metros. El wb lo tengo en auto y el ángulo en narrow. 1080 60. Te podría llamar la semana qué viene?? Puedes echar uno ojo a mi canal ... ultimos videos filmados con g7x
@@Snorkellovers hola, yo usaría el modo narrow solo para animales que no se dejen acercar. Para el resto usaría wide, que te permite reducir la cantidad de agua entre la cámara y la escena. A partir de ahí es cuestión de añadir lentes y foco para ampliar las posibilidades. El balance de blancos en automático funciona bien en muchas situaciones, pero a veces es mejor ajustarlo manualmente

Do you need red or pink filter on the lens of gopro while shooting underwater in Raja Ampat? appreciated if getting your reply.
Below 6m a filter is advisable. If you have powerful lights you can film without filter at the reaching distance of the lights. But for ambient scenes a filter is usually handy. I use the new color filters from Flip. Specially the one that goes from 7 to 12m

@@glowdiveUW The southern part of Raja Ampat should be the MISOOL sea area, right? Are the corals in the south more spectacular and beautiful than those near KRI Island? Thanks.
@@jianhuali6624 correct, the South area is around Misool, where the soft corals and seafans are amazing. Around Kri there are also very nice divesites with lots of fish life
