This song has held and cradled me in my life's most darkest moments. It's almost like a comfort blanket now, and I find myself coming back to this song alot just to think. I'm in a weird point in life, afflicted with a movement disorder (dystonia) and coming back here let's me forget about it for a bit
same. one of my two best friends died ab a year ago from cancer and my second one i hurt really bad. i fucked up with my now ex fiance bc i couldent let go of a dude that didnt even want me and now he cut touch with me as well. i cant hold a job and i dont have a family, i lost all meaningful connections i made over the years. my mental health seems to be getting worse with every week that passes by. everyone in my life would be better off without me. i have no reasons to live anymore. i am finally alone, i can finally let go. this songs comforts me. i think im going to listen to it til the end. im not worthy of anything good, i just feel relief now bc i dont need to struggle anymore. 23 years of pain that shouldnt have happened anyway are finally going to end.im going to rest

What I wanted to tell you for so long now is that in a world of polished studio songs I adore every song of you where I can hear your chair squeaking, piano pedals being pushed, even sometimes such a treasure as to actually hear you smiling as you sing. This sort of songs is just on another level for me as they convey so much more that just the lyrics and melody.
