Great reviews. I love the finicky fooler . I sold all my ifishpro and bought 3 finicky fooler. The fact you can use this in negative temps and hole not freeze up
I won't lie, your video really got me interested so I bought 4 Foolers in January to use this season and absolutely love them! Caught perch, crappie, bass, pickeral and walleye with them ranging from 10-30fow.
This tip up system is referred to as an open bail set up. When the fish runs with your line, it triggers the flag and it’s your responsibility to go get your rod, close the bail and set the hook. It’s so that when you have fish that eat slowly you can still get a hook up. Other techniques like jaw jackers fail when they set the hook too soon and the Fish does not have the bait. There are a lot of tip of systems that use this technique.
So even my stubby short rods will work? Or even a jerry rigged (technically broke) old spinning reel that's 40 inch? Lol been wanting to catch pike or bass thru the ice on a rod but I've never even looked into this type of set up it's always jaw jackers that are recommended but there is a higher fail rate on them so I've stayed away. Going to go with a few of these and if I remember this video I'll let ya know what I think
That excitement was awesome... Pulling large fish through the ice is a cool experience..

Dang! Those look sweet!!
Thanks again, Seth for hauling my sled off the ice yesterday (Thursday). Hope the bite got better as the sun went down
No problem. Unfortunately, the bite remained the same even late into the evening.
Looks like the perfect set up. I'd like to try one! Thanks for the review. Also what a tank walleye!!!!!
Sweet im getting some of these for sure!
Great video and great walleye! Thanks 🙏🏼

That fish was unbelievable!
Taking an ice trip in a couple weeks, definitely looking into getting one of these!
I just found you. I'm interested in Ice Fishing. Thanks, Rich.
No more just laying the ice rod down across my folding chair to hold it up. Nice design to that dude out in Washington.
My buddies and I will be on Little Bay De NOC Valentine's Day weekend running nine foolers for monster walleye and pike!
That should be a ball! Good luck! Stay safe.
Chasing flags for four days straight!
I’m confused by these. If bail is open why does line not just run out of it. Is the tripping mechanism holding the line tight?

Nice fish!
Need one!
Great Video !!!!!
Thank you
Can't wait to catch our first walleye
Good luck!
One other important feature of this device is the fact that you can use any length rod you choose.
Right. Seriously though, after watching the finished video, I could have easily done another 10 minutes of ranting on reasons why I love it.

Nice!
Pig of a Walter - very cool!
Gotta get you out there.
That was nice walleye. Was that caught on a minnow?
Yes. It was either a medium size sucker or a large shiner, I honestly can’t remember.
One more reason for catch and release... high fiving a fish tail while releasing triggers Mario music and extra health for the angler. 🐟🙌😁
I’m really glad someone caught that!
