Kayamba Africa debut their music at Ethiopian Airline launch Wednesday, 22 August 2012 00:07 Over the weekend Kenyan band Kayamba Africa debuted their music and performance at the Ethiopian Airlines official launch. This was during the long awaited Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The event that took place on August 17 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, saw the eight member strong team -comprising of two lady singers, male singers, guitarist and keyboardists singers - led by Juma Odemba perform.
Yes - we have to preserve these hits - they will never be the same with the latest craze of press play sing (Kareoke). The live musicians playing acustics intruments are getting fewer by the day - not to mention the quality of singers - All we get these days is bathroom singers opening their lap tops and doing voice overs ....and still having the audacity to charge the audience.
I think they filmed at the Safari Park Hotel at Kasarani, very beautiful place. On another note I thinkt hey have tried, but I think Kenyans need well directed and produced videos if they want to compete with the rest of top performing African musicians. nigerians are way ahead of us, even Tanzania and Uganda are doing better.
very well done keep it up Kenya is for all.Bollywood influence is all over the word inclusive of UK and many other countries.Music is for every one please dont bring your dirty politics into entertaiment let people of nationalities enjoy the words diff music.
