Sir I clean Epson l3150 headprint with water when I installed it on printer then the printer is not switching on, I change the MOSFET is now switching on but not printing. Please Sir I need your help, what should I have to do now?

I have already repaired the same board as yours(with your instructions depicted here), but Now When I turn it on, the printhead carrier moves makes a noise and then the red paper light is blinking(shows me up paper jam). But there's no paper clogged. ¿Any suggestion to solve this issue? Thanks anticipated for answering me.
