I was so excited when I found these videos since I have the same book. But mine is the British version, and all the songs are different. But all the exercises seem to be the same.
I live in a French speaking part, so I also bought a children's piano book since it's bilingual. So I have to learn music in French, British and American!!
Luckily I have a good friend who is a Piano professsor at our Conservatory, and he speaks English.
We had a laugh about crotchets, quavers, quarter notes, half notes.

Instead of the Leschetizky Solution, I'm using the Dohnányi Exercises. I find it much better. I found his whole book, from 1929.

Hey Tim, how long would you suggest practicing each of these lessons before moving onto the next video? I understand this is the most recent one, but if I finished video 2, should I practice that material for a week before moving onto 3? Or just move to 3 whenever I feel comfortable, like the next time I practice?

I would move to 3 whenever you are comfortable but try to get each unit done within 2 weeks. This will help push you through the course at a decent speed.

11:35 OMG yes it's so frustrating how the hash symbol (aka pound, octothorpe, or sharp in music) has become known as "hashtag" thanks to Twitter. The hash symbol itself is only part of a hashtag. A hashtag is a tag (got that? it's a TAG), and that tag is denoted as such by preceding it with the hash symbol, hence the whole tag is known as a hashtag. If the symbol that denotes it as a tag was a dollar symbol, it would have ended up being called a dollartag. A hashtag is the entire thing i.e. the hash symbol and the word that follows it. It's not the name of the freaking symbol. Rant over 😁

Also explain how to roll the wrist into the keys. Don't finger poke them.
