I got the 2020-2023 Switchblade and it would favor 0.5 degree steeper seattube angle for the uphill. As with anything else we get used to things, so I'm at least glad they have tweaked the new alteration a bit. I see the new bike has 0.5 degree steeper seattube angle, but hard to say how that actually works when several other things have been changed too. I look forward to hear thoughts from people who have tested the previous version, to hear in what way this new geo move your body while riding. Obviously it would be nice to try one, but I have a great bike already that is still in great condition, so no need to change anytime soon. I also have no option to testride a Pivot in my country so it kind of solves itself lol
At $10,000.00 I guess Pivot didn’t get the memo that we the riders are tapped. Get a f-ing clue. It’s a bicycle!!! I invite everyone reading my post…go to Honda’s website and see the pricing of a 450 cc dirt bike or dual purpose on and off road motorcycle. All less than 8k and a lot as low as 5k.
