  • In daily use of the electromagnetic vibratory feeder controller, adjusting the voltage is sufficient to change the parts feeding speed. The controller's frequency is pre-set at the factory and usually does not require adjustments. However, if incorrect operation leads to frequency loss or if changes in the load on the vibratory feeder result in an incorrect frequency, even raising the voltage significantly might fail to initiate vibration or result in very slow speed. In such cases, follow the steps below to reset the controller's frequency.
After the controller is powered on, "U" will be displayed. Press the "+" or "-" buttons to set the voltage value to 50.
Press and hold the "Function" button to display "E" . At this point, the frequency can be adjusted. Press ▲ or ▼ to change the frequency; the vibratory bowl will experience slight vibrations. Between 150 and 350, there will be a value where the vibration amplitude is maximal. This value of "E" is the frequency that needs to be set.
The "E" value for our aluminum vibratory bowls must be greater than 150, otherwise it might be damaged.
Press and hold the "Function" button to display "U" again, then adjust the voltage using the "+" or "-" buttons until the feeding becomes appropriate. The "U" value used for our products will not exceed 200.
The adjustment range for the controller's voltage and frequency mentioned above is specifically applicable to our vibratory bowls and linear feeders. If used with equipment from other manufacturers, it's advisable to consult the manufacturer before making adjustments.
