This video is taken from a recent seminar where I taught some basic JKD striking techniques
In this video we break down the JKD straight lead, a very effective way to deliver a powerful strike off of the lead hand
(and before the JKD purists ask why is everyone is in orthodox, the reason is, I only had 45 minutes to teach this class and making them switch to power side forward would of taken up too much time, so we stuck with what they were comfortable with)
