Radhi, could you please do a video about how do you take care of your hair pre, post and during workout? Any tips? My scalp gets all sweaty and yet I don't want to wash my hair everyday because of my hair texture (I have wavy/curly hair and it tends to get drier the more I wash it).
I recommend oil massages..i have videos on my hair care routine on my instagram i hope they help 💛
