Conference with NHS England titled 'Retention and Research: supporting our people to stay'

In partnership with NHS England, North East and Yorkshire Region, the University of Huddersfield hosted this workforce conference titled 'Retention and Research: supporting our people to stay' and showcases some of the latest national research exploring workforce retention of nurses, midwives and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).
This event explores research into workforce retention, presented by national NHS leaders and academics, facilitates the sharing of challenges and solutions and promotes the generation of retention strategies.
