She was forced to give the answer which pleases the interviewer. If she had said something positive they would have started debate and controversy. They never ask such questions to Hindus about their religion
After watching the full interview, I can say that it was Islamophobic. How many Hindu students were asked the same question about errors in their religion? This old man should apologize for that statement.
