I see a few threats there. I'am assuimg that all of phase contact on second relay are NC, since one of those on diagram is NO, meaning that engine will run on 2 phases when turned ON, but ll be on one phase when turen OFF... Why emergency switch doesnt decopule relay's power so in case of controller fault it can still open connections. Futhermore why is Neutral (i assume represented by black) is decopuled on (assumption by diagram) TNC type of grid...
those pilz relay are the worst, always defected and expensive to replace, after a shutdown of equipment they get faulty you need to keep taking out bottom connector and insert to restart it

Purpose of Y32 terminal?
Y32 is the PLC (programmable logic controller) input terminal
