Smoke @ 235°F
1-1.5 hours per Lb of trimmed brisket
Wrap it in whatever you have foil or butcher paper work
Rub with lots of salt, pepper and some powdered onion, let it sit for 6-12 hours with rub on
**check temperature at least once an hour and adjust accordingly so your cook time is around 7-10 hours**
Cook to an internal temp of around 195°F then take it out and wrap it in towels and put it into a cooler for 2-3 hours

I work at a hospital…and today I was doing Meals on Wheels (delivering food to older patients.) And as I pulled into a retirement home parking lot, the first half of this episode was playing so loud in the speakers of the company van. So many people looked at me concerned and confused as I’m laughing my ass off in this random parking lot.

It's sad Cody couldn't go to the event with Noel but I kinda like when they tell each other about their weekends or the trips they went on or the funny stuff that happened on their own
I have about 80% hearing loss in my right ear and I just got a set of bone conduction headphones that negate the loss to only about 40%. I just used the first 10 minutes to test what it's like to hear stuff in stereo for the first time in about 20 years... This shit slaps holy fuck please make a whole podcast of shit jokes with the stereo microphone lol
