Bought a new tata nexon on 1st january 2021 and facing service problem from workshop. Also didn't recieved accesories promised by dealer. Do give a thought before buying any tata vehicle. Their after sale service is very bad.
Well this is not the case with me.
I found after sale service tremendously good.
Tata you cleared your faults in giving less priority to marketing and advertisements.now it's time for making the service personnels in showroom's and service centre's maximum customer friendly.Give them better training and select those people who are real tata fans and work not just for money but for the progress of the company with passion
