I bought a set today I thought it's come with glue but turn out to be adhesive tabs
I have never used them so I was trying to figure it out how to use

Do you talked about super glue? What kind of super glue.
There are glue specific for fake nails. I don’t know other brands but there’s this one from Kiss, I haven’t tried it yet but I love the Kiss Lash glue.
How long do they last? lovely video btw!!
With these adhesive tabs, only a couple of days maybe. When I forget that I have fake nails and I’m not being careful at all, sometimes a nail would peel off but I can easily put it back again because it still sticks. If you really want them to last, you may use nail glue instead, may last for 2 weeks but when you want to take them off already, there might be glue residues on your nails that need thorough cleaning.
I only want my fake nails to stay on my natural nail for one day. I'm a nurse amd cant go to hospital with fake nails. Will this be a good option?
This will come off if you have to keep washing your hands or putting on and removing gloves. A better option than the adhesive tape would be glue, if you can find a good glue, that would be great. Sometimes the glue that comes free with this kind of nail set is not of good quality as well. I still have to do some research which glue is good.
What should I clean my nails with before applying the nails
Just the usual cleaning materials and tools like cuticle remover and pusher and then I file the nail bed. Same thing you do to prepare your nails before applying nail polish so the adhesive tabs will stick but nail glue works better to be honest, the fake nails stay longer with glue.
Mine doesn't come with the tapes only the glue, what am i supposed to do? I really want to try wearing nails 😿
Sorry to hear that, yes, there are sets that come only with the glue but actually based on experience glue lasts longer and sticks betters, some really good glue makes it hard to take them off and that’s the challenge. You may try the glue that you have, I don’t have a tutorial using glue but it’s not difficult as well. Others put a drop or 2 on the fake nails and others put the glue direct on their nails. Same process, right after putting on the glue eith on your nail or the fake nail, press the fake nail to your nail and hold it for at least 10 seconds, make sure to put enough pressure. When you accidentally add to much glue and there’s excess coming out on the sides of the nail, just make sure to clean it right away.
how long po nag last yung nails nyo? kumakapit parin po ba even u take a shower or wash dishes sometimes?
When washing my hands, I’m always careful and I have this soft silicone scalp massager I use when taking a shower so I guess that helped a lot to keep the nails longer but actually when I accidentally hold something the wrong way or sumabit somewhere dun tuloy natatanggal agad, kahit same day lalo na pag tong adhesive tabs ang gamit. It lasted longer when I used glue, maybe a few days.

Yes they are, just make sure to clean any adhesive residue from your last use.

I ordered the nails and it DID NOT come with the glue or tapes
Oh that’s too bad but actually I’ve been seeing a lot of reviews that the quality of the glue or adhesive tabs included in some of the nails became worse than before and they prefer to buy separate glue. I’ve never bought again since I have a kid that likes taking them off of my nails so I’m not sure about it. You may Google which ones are good glue that could be available near you. I’ve seen that the KISS brand has nail glue, haven’t tried it but their lash glue is okay and available in most stores.

Hi. Here’s a tutorial that I follow when my nails are still kinda new, but instead of just using my nails like in that video, I sometimes use a pusher. I hope this helps.

Fortunately, it did not. But when I removed the fake nails I had to clean and buff my real nails, they look a bit dry.
