Incredible song. ❤ If you look closely.... every book of the Old Testament speaks of Christ. That speaks of a big event.
Edit - The concert at The Ark Exhibit and Creation Museum Wed and Thurs, 07-31 and 08-01-2024 was incredible. Thank you for letting me take a picture with you. I'll treasure that the rest of my days. I'm a huge fan since 2003. You'll be in my prayers!!!

Gosh y'all it's been forever since if heard you sing. When I was really young my family would always go to your shows. I'm now 15 years old and recently I've turned back to the Lord and began listening to your songs, and I have to say I'm blessed that I grew up with your music compared to what's out there now.

I’ve just “wandered” onto the BEHIND THE SONG! GOD KNEW I NEEDED IT NOW, TODAY, THIS VERY MINUTE! Christians, even if your devout, you will be hit with LIFE! It can & usually does knock the breath out of you, that’s when satan attacks. Life can also, knock us in a pit, though I’d rather say satan knocks us in a pit, sometimes we are there hours, days, weeks, months or even years.
I’m not in a pit, only by the grace & intervention of my MIGHTY GOD, but I am struggling with serious health issues & now satan piles on family hurt.
I’m reminded of the GREAT PROPHET ELIJAH in 1st Kings 18, after all his victories & proving to the Israelites, that his God is the one true God, one (only 1) woman, Jezebel, sent him a message with a promise she would kill him. Elijah became afraid (had the breath knocked out of him) & immediately fell into a pit, my interpretation, and he ran & ran & ran, until he finally collapsed & wished he had never been born, the epitome of depression & discouragement, the bottom of the pit, with no one around to help him out……or so it appears! God was watching the entire time, not one second was God disappointed or angry with Elijah & His eyes never left HIS prophet! He sent angels to minister to Elijah. He allowed him to rest for an allotted amount of time, THEN HE SPOKE, basically telling Elijah, it’s time to get up & go back to work. His extended, deep loving conversation with Elijah, showed the prophet what God had been doing & HIS plans for Elijah had been in place, even before God hung the stars.
God knew each of our names before He hung the stars & He had a good plan for us, as Jeremiah 29:11 promises.
I said all this to say, we have GOD, THE FATHER; JESUS THE SON; AND HIS HOLY SPIRIT IN OUR HEARTS, IF WE KNOW HIM AS LORD!
If you don’t know Him, please listen to the song about the cross. It’s all you need to point you in the direction of a brand new life, a clean slate & a GOD THAT LOVES YOU UNCONDITIONALLY, ALWAYS HAS & ALWAYS WILL!
Christians, if you are in a pit, listen to the song, then call your Pastor, deacon or a Christian friend & get out of the pit, back into the sunlight of God’s love!
May God bless each of you in your journey with Him!

I'm a big fan of music. I never discourage it.
But God's Word is far more important. Read it daily. It is food for our souls. It is direction from God. It kicks us in the pants when we need it. It keeps us in the Way. Song is great. But Scripture is crucial. You'll die without it.
