- Meet Walter Blonde Ale, the first batch of beer brewed at Pigeon Hill. It truly was good - but not great - and it just didn't taste like the Walter our team knows and loves. So, 55 gallons went into a barrel to sour, and the rest goes down the drain.
Why? Because "good - but not great" just doesn't cut it at Pigeon Hill Brewing Company.
