If Camellias 16000 sq ft penthouse goes for 190 crores after 15 years of its launch, then by the same logic, today’s new high rise ultra luxury flats which are being launched at 7/8 crores of area 4000 sq ft, will surely have buyers for 50 crores or so, in another 15 years in peak of next boom cycle …..
If things become like China real estate crisis , which is expected in a decade or so when there is oversupply and economic crisis , then these same 7 cr to 8 cr flats will be in the market for 4 cr to 6 cr . Also huge defaults will be there in market. So it is a double edged sword , eventually it ends up landing both sides one day .
