Great video. New subscriber. I had great success using the beer bowl method to keep slugs off my strawberries. I will definitely try the dough method. As to whether or not to use a half pipe, maybe consider some rain gutter? You could stretch it across the beds in a couple places and create a full barrier. Just a thought worth pondering.
Great to hear! I’ve also used some that work well. The “bread dough” is best suited for large gardens where the commercial solutions become expensive. Do you apply it to all beds, as a perimeter or just in certain spots? I’d love to know more. What zone, and when do you apply?
New subcriber! Nice video’s thx. Blessings from belgium.
Thank you! And welcome.
Sounds great will try this 👌🏽

Great idea! Thanks.
car bowls may work. found two slugs happly i my cat's food I left out for the cat once on the front steps. so they can get in
That's probably very similar to the bread-dough. There's also the problem of what-else leaving food out will attract.
@@gardeningwithbugs721 I think the commenter was suggesting that using cat feeding bowls would work for the bait but not bait it with cat food. 😊😊
I use Sluggoff ,it's a simple pellet they eat and explode from the concentration as the digest it.. it's all natural. They love it to death.
