Even tho I was underwhelmed with Tokyo's opening ceremony, this part along with Susan boyle singing Wings to fly, the wooden formation of the rings, and the pictograms made the ceremony memorable for me. Then again, we're in a pandemic. So I applaud, Japan for doing the best they can to keep this ceremony a covid-safe free ceremony. Great job Japan!
What are you talking about? Tell your country to do your opening ceremony. Delaying the game was already costly to Japan... with all the restrictions, it was still a magnificent opening ceremony that should surpass our expectation. Your expectation is selfish, greedy and inconsiderate. Whatever they put up for the closing ceremony, it should be enough and good nevertheless.
Many Japanese people are frustrated and angry with the opening ceremony. The fact that the budget spent on the opening ceremony is not reflected in the budget. In other words, the economic structure of Japan is distorted. It is a collusion between some groups and the government. More talented artists were initially involved, but they were rejected by the organization. It's really sad that the opening ceremony turned out this way. Even though everyone praised japan, I can't be honestly happy.
The #TokyoOlympics have been so fun to watch on TV. Seeing all the athletes has also motivated me to workout. Also very cool with the drones during the Opening Ceremony. Loved it.

This and the Pictogram were the highlights of the ceremony for me. 😍 I heard that Nintendo had grand plans for the opening ceremony but backed out last minute because of Covid. Damn panini ruined everything. 🥺 But I’m still glad the games were still held. Japan will lose a lot of money, but they’ve been through worse and they always bounce back. 😄
2036 Olympics should be done in Tokyo again. It is so unfortunate that a single virus ruined all the preparations made by Japan in 8 years. If there’s no pandemic, we could’ve witnessed a spectacular Tokyo 2020 Olympics opening ceremony.
@@sintayuniastuti300 well .. I'm a computer and systems engineering student technically this is my future profession .. nevertheless i don't know exactly .. surely, they are using a controlling program which can determine both the movement of every drone and the relative position ..
My friend's robotics lab team was doing a project similar to this, using drones to fly in formation. They only use 13 drones, and it was done in a simulation. To use 1824 drones, I can imagine how complicating that can get.
