    A year ago, in a restaurant in TLV-Yaffo i had roasted lamb chops placed on hot, white, tahini-based sauce... it was just ultra delicious. I have been seeking for a recipe of a hot tahini-based sauce.... but no luck so far. I do love tahini. I do love Middle Eastern cuisine.
    By the way, I love Ottolenghi's approach to food and cuisine.... down-to-earth, bringing together memories and places and people, with respect and love... I do not like some other celebrities at all, who are pretentious with their oh so admirable skills, but have no connection to the source and culture of food.

    Tahini, maple syrup, garlic, dash of lemon - serve on roasted vegetables, especially great on carrots.
    Also tahini and dark chocolate is a good pair. I love tahini as it is so versatile. Delicious.
