4 Minute Workout = 1 hour at the Gym

  • This is a very simple way to keep in shape at home for free.
    Nitric Oxide is an amazing communication molecule which is made by the human body and is stored in the blood vessels that feed our muscles.
    When we exercise and run out of oxygen then nitric Oxide is released, it goes down stream and opens up blood vessels and increases oxygen and nutrients delivery to the muscles to increase the body's ability to rebuild muscles every couple of hours when we do the 4 minute workout.
    Speed is important as we want to run out of breath.
    Because this routine improves neurological function and vascular function, it reverses aging at the cellular level which has a huge effect on our biology.
    Doing this routine 2 to 3 times a day, you will completely revolutionize your aging process.
    Within 3 months of doing the 4 minute workout you can 3 times a day you can reverse 30 years of biological damage.
    There is more neurological and biological muscle building in this routine than in 1 hour of exercise at a gym.
    When we get enough nitric oxygen in our system, then the neurological system has fuel - brain health.

      Yes, it is easy. I am on my fourth day of doing it myself and am aiming for the 3 months. If I can do it , anyone can do it. Know that there are others doing it too and please check out Dr. Zach Bush's video on it.

      You are welcome. I just finished my second practice of the 4 minute today and have been doing it 3 times a day since January 1 and planning on doing for 3 months and then probably do it another 3 months. One day at a time.

    I'm absolutely going to be doing this every day! I'm so busy as a homeschooling mom, but this is absolutely something I could fit in easier than standard workout routines! Thank you!!!
