Not sure we were headed to Brewer Creek Trailhead on the north side of Shasta. We were up there to attempt a summit climb. Weather turned out to be terrible though :/
@@TheAdventureZombie my GF and I camped out near crater lake bout a month ago and the way back down to Cali we took hwy 97 and I did see alot of dirt roads off the main road just never took any cause ibwasnt sure if theybqere trails or private roads
Oh yeah, most of that is national forest land, so your free to roam. However getting an app like OnX Hunt allows you to see property lines so you can figure out if it's public or private lands. Though most private land is posted/gated or both.
