Hi, Thank you again for showing us your beautiful work. You always inspire me. I was wondering if you had some advice for someone just starting out. For example with a balloon column would you charge extra for the column say $10 but if it is returned they are refunded the $10 or add the $10 into the price and forget about it? Thank you

Add it and forget about it, if you get it back that’s even better but i would just roll the price of the base
