Thank you Jake, I am so grateful for this share. I've been explaining this approach to my partner for a couple of years as an example of how I believe we can work together in balance. He is very ingrained in his logical mind. I love and accept him as he is however I am finding it very challenging. I am doing my best to show my appreciation and thank him and balance my masculine and feminine energies and focus on me however I feel stuck without his understanding on this. 🙏🥰

I’m definitely feminine energy, being a single parent really forces me to balance both but I feel I have a resistance against the masculine energy
what I do to be in constant flow is to meditate, and be grateful about everything and everyone.
Thank you for this wonderful explanation. It made me realize I am always living in my masculine energy as a single mom. It is always on my mind about getting things done and supporting my daughter. Many times I feel like I will break and I always tell myself, "If you break, who will take care of you and your daughter". So I bury all my emotions and get back to "doing what I have to do".

When you said "single mom" or "single dad" thats where your childrens live everyone get ruined.
Nothing negative, you daughter or son will lack a father figure. You daughter won't know how have a masculine figure in her life, she will date femenine boys.
And your son doesnt know how to provide for womens, he will be a femenine boy.
Same goes for single dads. If there is no mom they will lack femenine love. So daddy + mommy is the best combination

Now that is a beautiful information. And I fully agree and I teach the same thing just a little bit different. I like to look at the root cause of the imbalance. Now what I see in a lot of these masculine and feminine polarity groups is more of a control situation telling the woman that she needs to be more feminine and the man acting more and the masculine but never healing the root cause that is causing the imbalance within the first place. You can’t reach polarity if you grew up in a traumatic abusive home and you never healed your inner child wounds or your past trauma. Especially if you’re a man and your trauma came from a woman. You also won’t trust the opposite energy.
This aligns with Shiva/Shakti, Shaivism/Tantric (the real one, not the westernised sex one) cosmology.

Hmmm, Intrigued between the stillness and flow
I get a feeling from this video that both the masculine and feminine energies have equal dominance and those dominances are different.
I found that culture 'puts us in our places', makes them rigid, and doesn't allow both the male and female to truly express their energies with that wriggle room.
My mother often told me that I had no business to disagree with the cultural picture, but it didn't feel right to me at all. It was all a 'have to', 'got to', 'must', and 'should', and I felt that I was 'robbed' of all my (generally) gender egalitarian expression!
I do everything: home, work, etc., and sadly, my energies haven't been valued, so I haven't felt valued.
My feminine energy is very unbalanced. I need to learn how to express my masculine energy too. Im too passive

This is a short list of specific strengths that are required in order to develop dignity into your character. Each of the strengths build masculinity into ones character.
I've been on this journey for 6 years, and it's brutal. But, masculinity is forged through the fires of adversity, and strife. You must confront your fears, flaws, imbalances, wrongdoings, mistakes, guilt, shames, weaknesses, etc and bring them all into optimal functioning balance. What you can not change, you must aim to accept with absolute humility.

from my experience how you described masculine body is rigid (u) I believe If you excercise the body correctly both energy s are able to build in its own healthy unique body form masculine is direct so if take care of it directly in good health it will do the same the fem is the part where you give love and beauty which still needs direct excercise and good diet in order to take action...and receive healthy results
I have a question for anyone who can take the time to reply- if one of the biggest feminine desires is to feel the vibration lf love, but feelings and emotion and expression are feminine qualities, does that mean a man actively loving his woman is stepping into his feminine? Think about it like this. If the sun pours its rays into the flower, does it make the sun feminine? No, it's just a way that the sun expresses love for the flower just like the masculine expresses love for the feminine.

You as a Woman should be in your Feminine Energy. Men and Women both have both energies but in different Percentages because they're both different. The more Masculine you're the less attractive you're to a Man. Women have 98% Feminine Energy and 2% Masculine Energy, Men have 98% Masculine Energy and 2% Feminine Energy. Women can't handle more Masculine Energy because they're Men and if they'll try to do it, they'll become depressed
