You could try a Patriot deck to make use of the non ability cards. You can add other cards too that create non ability cards like squirrel girl and mister sinister.

Ajax requires Hazmat usually. You'd have to change a lot of the deck make up to account for him. I do run a Hybrid High Evo with him, but it also has things like US Agent and Man Thing, then Rogue for their Luke Cage.
